In 2024 George set up Chopping Block Catering By George after gaining over 12 years’ experience & knowledge in the catering & hospitality industry. We work with a range of suppliers to source the finest, freshest, local ingredients that we use & serve. We believe that this is what delivers the best taste & aligns with our values.
Here at Chopping Block Catering we have a custom food catering trailer which means we cannot only cater for private events but also visit local communities to trade, bringing the best local produce to you for takeaways.
We understand that every event is different & can work with you to accommodate to your every need; whether it be for a christening, wedding, canapés or wake.
